Credit Usage, Account Limits, Fraud Detection, and Restrictions

This policy explains how credits work in LUHM AI, when credits may be consumed, and what may happen if we detect suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity on an account.

1. Overview

LUHM AI is an AI video generator app. Users can generate videos by spending credits. Credits are used to access video generation features, process AI requests, and support the infrastructure needed to create AI-generated content.

This policy supplements our main Terms of Service and any terms provided through iubenda. By using LUHM AI, purchasing credits, or generating videos, you agree to this Credit System Policy.

2. What Credits Are

Credits are a digital usage unit inside LUHM AI. They allow you to submit eligible video generation requests or access certain paid features.

3. When Credits Are Spent

Credits may be deducted when you start, submit, process, or complete a video generation request. The exact credit amount may depend on the selected model, video length, resolution, quality, processing time, feature type, or other technical factors.

Generation requests

Credits may be consumed when a video generation request is accepted by our systems or processed by our AI infrastructure.

Failed or cancelled requests

We may return credits for certain failed requests, but we are not required to refund credits for user errors, policy violations, abuse, or completed processing.

4. Credit Expiration, Limits, and Changes

Some credits may expire or be limited to specific features, plans, countries, campaigns, accounts, or time periods. We may change credit pricing, package sizes, generation costs, limits, and available features at any time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, by email, or by updating this policy. Your continued use of LUHM AI after changes become effective means that you accept the updated credit rules.

5. Refunds and Credit Returns

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchased credits, used credits, completed video generation requests, and delivered digital services are non-refundable.

6. Fraud Detection and Suspicious Activity

We may monitor, review, and analyze account activity to protect LUHM AI, users, payment systems, and infrastructure from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, automated misuse, and other prohibited activity.

Suspicious activity may include, but is not limited to:

  • Payment fraud, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, or refund manipulation.
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, receive repeated promotions, or avoid restrictions.
  • Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators, scraping, or other non-human usage patterns.
  • Attempting to bypass generation limits, credit costs, rate limits, geographic restrictions, or security systems.
  • Using false, misleading, temporary, disposable, or unauthorized account information.
  • Sharing, selling, transferring, or reselling accounts or credits without permission.
  • Generating or attempting to generate content that violates our Terms, policies, or applicable law.

7. Account Restrictions

If we detect or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security risk, payment risk, or policy violations, we may take action to protect LUHM AI and our users.

Temporary restrictions

We may temporarily limit access to video generation, purchases, credits, account settings, or other features while we review activity.

Credit holds

We may freeze, remove, reverse, or withhold credits connected to suspicious activity, failed payments, promotions abuse, or chargebacks.

Verification

We may require additional verification before restoring access, processing purchases, returning credits, or lifting restrictions.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, create risk, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. No Guaranteed Access During Review

During a fraud, abuse, payment, or security review, access to some or all LUHM AI features may be restricted. This may include video generation, credit usage, account changes, purchases, or support actions.

We are not responsible for losses, delays, unavailable features, missed opportunities, or inability to use credits while an account is under review, except where required by applicable law.

9. Appeals and Support

If your account is restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us and provide relevant information for review. We may ask for additional details to verify account ownership, payment authorization, or legitimate use.

We are not required to disclose specific fraud detection methods, internal security signals, risk scores, or investigation details if doing so could harm LUHM AI, our users, partners, payment providers, or security systems.

10. Prohibited Credit System Behavior

  • Attempting to obtain credits without valid payment or authorization.
  • Using chargebacks, disputes, or refund requests dishonestly.
  • Exploiting bugs, pricing errors, referral systems, promotions, or technical loopholes.
  • Using multiple accounts, fake identities, VPN abuse, automation, or other methods to bypass limits.
  • Reselling, transferring, laundering, or exchanging credits outside approved LUHM AI channels.
  • Threatening, harassing, or misleading support staff to obtain credits or reverse restrictions.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Credit System Policy from time to time. Updates may reflect changes to our app, pricing, AI infrastructure, fraud prevention systems, payment providers, legal requirements, or business operations.

The updated policy will apply once posted or otherwise communicated, unless a later effective date is provided.
